XENTHOS uses cookies to operate the site and, only with your permission, to measure how it is used and understand where some visits come from. Optional cookies stay off until you expressly accept them, and you can change your decision at any time from this page.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They let the site remember information about your visit — such as your language or preferences — to make your next visit easier and to offer a more useful experience.

2. Types of cookies XENTHOS uses

• Necessary: essential for the site to function (navigation, security, language preference). They do not require your permission and cannot be disabled.
• Functional and preference: remember choices that make the site easier to use. They stay off until you accept them.
• Analytics and performance: measure pages, sessions, campaigns, and QR redirects. They may include cookie identifiers, device information, approximate location, and campaign parameters. They stay off until you accept them.
• Marketing: would measure campaigns or personalize advertising if those tools were ever configured. The site currently has no advertising tag, and the category stays off until you accept it.

3. Your permission

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, processing personal data through optional cookies requires your prior, express, and informed permission. That is why, on your first visit, we show a notice with two equally weighted options:accept or reject optional cookies. Nothing is pre-selected, and closing the notice without choosing is not treated as acceptance: optional cookies remain off.

Until you accept, we load no measurement tool and send no information to third parties for this purpose.

4. Third-party cookies

If you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics 4to measure site usage, QR redirects, and campaign attribution. Google may set cookies and process information under its own privacy policies. Your decision is stored only in your browser's local storage; XENTHOS does not link it to your identity.

5. How to change your decision

You can accept or reject optional cookies with the control below, or from the Manage cookies link at the bottom of any page. The change applies going forward: when you reject, we stop measuring right away and attempt to remove known Google cookies accessible from this domain, but we cannot delete information already sent before your change.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you clear your local storage, we will ask you again on your next visit.
